We have a BCM with a T-1 line that is slowly locking up channels one by one. Our service rep said that the next time we notice it to go to a phone and press Feature 9*9.

Does anyone know what this code does?

Feature 9*9 is a time stamp for the archlog files. When you do this, you need to keep track of the stamp and time. That way your service rep can reference the time and see what els is happening at that time.
