A little more information may help to provide you with a good answer.
1. version ?
2. database - Oracle or SQL?
3. Stand along or used with other application like ADP?
4. Does this always happen with translate or has this just started? If so what changed?
5. Sample of your results.
6. Your SQL code.
7. Any other information that might help.
I think it's because the same action reason code (and description, likely) is associated with more than one action. Either you have unique reason codes set up for each action, or you have to go thru an elaborate selection criteria process to whittle down the dupe rows you don't want on the report. I learned that one the hard way. Hope that makes sense per your table set up.
