Any idea what causes this SQL backup unsuccessful

Hi guys,

Im having a problem with one of our sql backup. I've attached the save set below.

It looks like "error connecting SQL server";
You have to check the windows user for the nsrexec service witch is used for the SQL save.

Try to change the account, restart the service, restart the save.

What doe your General tab and Remote tab read for the client definition?
Please ensure that hidden fields are shown too.
You need to be using MSSQL: as the saveset and an sa equivalent user/password on the remote tab, along with nsrsqlsv as the remote command.

Is this a cluster setup ? and SQL module 4.0 ?
If it is u need the [-a virtual_node] with the [] in the remote command field. I had similiar errors on my cluster setup.

I will try all your advise and will update you guys asap...

I already have the nsrsqlsv as the romote command... what i dont have is the equivalent user/password on the remote tab. do i need to do this coz in the other servers that im backing up. its working without the remote account.

If the system account can do SQL admin then you are ok IIRC.
