I have an Electra Elite 192. Our phone vendor has recently set up some new stations. The stations are working fine except for "internal extension" calls. If someone calls internally and the recipient is on the phone then the caller receives a busy signal and are not able to leave a message for the recipient. If the callser dials the recipients DID then they are able to leave a message even if the other person is on another call.
Can someone provide me with instructions on how I can fix this?
