Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. I will very soon be running a small inbound/outbound call center sales floor using the executone phone system. Could anyone tell me where I can go to learn the ins and outs of this system. Things such as whats DNIS, DID #'s etc. Currently I'm totally uneducated on nearly everything that I will have to know to make this center work. Any ideas or knowlage would be great!
