Outbreak Manager - where is it in EPO3?

In EPO 2.5, I uploaded a McAfee product called Outbreak Manager, which managed what would occur if/when a virus was discovered by McAfee. I can't seem to find the product on the support site anymore and it is NOT a part of the EPO 3 install.

Has this product been discontinued by McAfee?

Outbreak Manager is a part of GroupShield and WebShield SMTP, not ePO.
