System Config:
IP 406 w/VCM10 & T1 Card (T1 not online yet)
30 Digital Station Module
16 POTS Module
16 Analog Station Module

System is installed in a 24-hour call center. Two Saturdays ago the system wouldn't place outside calls, at the time we were running 1.34 firmware. I had to power cycle the system to resolve. I then updated to 1.37 firmware, system worked fine all week with heavy use. This past Saturday every call placed was getting the wrong number, I checked the call status display and it was showing the proper numbers as dialed. Tried to remote reboot the system and it didn't fix the issue. As soon as I power cycled it was fine.

Does anyone of any ideas, or has anyone expierenced the same problem.

MSS17:

Have you checked to see if there is a time profile set on any of the hunt groups or on the Least Cost Routing Parameters?

There are no Time Profiles or Least Cost Routings defined on system.

MSS17,

Did you run a monitor trace? Use this to check the status of your trunks.

In the UK, BT provides the clocking, a hard reset will normally reset timing with the ISDN circuits. When and if possible, disconnect the IPO from the provider. Connect a tester to the IPO then to the provider. This should help you determine where the problem lies.

If a monitor trace shows the correct number beeing sent to line I would blame your network provider
Is CPS in use on this line?
