excel 97:cannot use object linking & embedding error

I have just installed Excel 97 on an NT 4.0 workstation. When you open excel the following error message appears: "Cannot use object linking and embedding". Once you click on ok excel opens up and so far what the user is using it for works. What is causing this message when opening the program and how do I fix it?

search and try delete MSForms.exd and re-boot and re-start XL

else find MSForms.exd from a working system and replace it on the system with the problem
