We have purchased some callmaster V phones but have found that they cannot display information passed from our IVR.

We require 16 inputted digits to show, as they do for all other Callmaster models but this handset cannot handle this as well as the other digits.

Anybody know if this is a design feature or Fault and a way around it?

I "believe" that the feature button you are looking for is "callr-info". This button, from what I have been able to read, will display whatever the caller has input when prompted to by vectoring steps.

Unfortunately, we do not utilize this feature here, so I can't test it for you.

Let me know if this works. Good luck!

Yes, you are right Cllr INfo would work, but our people are not willing to press a button on every call so we need to see if there is a way of formatting the normal phone display.

Cheers

The problem you describe is because of the 24 character display of the CM V, the Callmaster IV and III have a 32 character display so those terminals can display Caller Info automatically on the second line, with the Callmaster V you have to press the button.

Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
