Dialtone,

Thank you for the definitions. I am still confused though. People at my company have had the goto-cover setup as one of their buttons. When they presse their Goto-Cover button, all incoming calls to them go to Voice mail.

I guess what you are telling me this isn't supposed to work this way. I am supposed to use the send-calls feature.

I just tried this as well and it doesn't work for me either. The button doesn't eve try to light up.

[li] Make sure there's an entry in in the coverage path: field on the 1st page of the station form for your station ([red]disp st xxxx[/red])
[li] Check the coverage path itself, to find out where the coverage path is sending calls to ([red]disp cov p x[/red]), making sure that DND/SAC/Goto Cover is set to y for both inside and outside calls.
[li] Test the coverage path by calling your station from another location, and see if it's actually following the coverage path.
[li] Make sure that you've administered a send-calls button on your station, and that it's assigned to a lighted feature button. Test the station from another phone again, after pressing the send-calls button.
[li] Let me know what happens.

Yeehaw!! My cov path was setup incorrectly.

Thank you so much!
