Hi: Have an Option 11C release 25. I need to put hold music on the system. I am going to use a cd player to provide the music.
What do I need to do to set it up?

Thanks

you need to bulid a music route ld 16 and you need to bulid a trunk rout ld 14 take the tn from ld 14 and tie it to you music player that should do it and to test it dial your ACOD number you assined you should hear your music

Could someone or you please expand on the info provided?
I do understand the LDs and how to program I've just never done this type or program a trunk.

Thanks

do you want to use music broadcast? it will send music for about everything. let me know and will post RDB and trunk info

HERE YOU GO after setting RDB in LD16 set up the Trunk next then hook you player to the TN you made the trunk (must be a universal trunk card) and give it a go.
also remember to turn music on for your other routes DID,COT etc.
