I have to set up Terranova for a csr person who thinks he can get better reports from bcms....right. Anyway Its been so long since I set this up on a Data Module (7400B).What device do I put it on in the setup section? It does not list Data Module. Look!!! New Buttons
Same amount of time!

Thanks All Phoneman2

Get the AVAYA terminal emulator. It's on the ASA 1.10 CD.
In AVAYA terminal emulator you can choose 'Lucent technologies 7400B+ Data Module'

In case of an older version I'm not sure, but I thought you should use the comport your data module is attached to at 9600 baud with device 'hayes'.

Hope this helps!

Michel.

Is the data module stand alone or connected with a ststion? If it is stand alone don't forget to do ats24=1.
at&w.

Thanks

To Phoneman2

The Avaya terminal emulation is the same as Terranova, it's just a new name with some changes.

For example you can capture file's using ip. In Terranova you get disconected when you try that.
