Block *66 call back

Is there any way to block the *66 so that people cant use this option during a call when the other line is busy. I really need to block this option or is it can only be done by the phone company to disable this option. Any help will be appreciated..

Assuming you have a definity v6 or higher, you should be able to do a change ars analysis *66 command and on the table enter *66 under Dialed String, set the Total Mn and Mx to 3, rte pattern set to den and call type to svcl. That should block your users from utilizing that feature on an outbound call
 
Just use the change feature command and remove *66 from the field for callback and save your changes!!!
