Hi ...

My client wants the caller to enter the subscription number so he can reach the customer service call center. Is it possible to achieve this? I know that this requires integration with the customer database. Is this work available through ACCS? Could you please direct me to the documents for this?

You can do this via the REST Configurator using HTTP requests, or you can do it via ODBC (Database Integration Wizard) and using Host Data Exchange (HDX) to directly pull SQL records from a database.
