RES 3700 EM database version does not match issue

I upgraded EM package on restaurant's RES server to 5.7.0.471.

EM package version is 5.7.0.471 too on the EM server.

But for one location only, when receiving the package, I got this error:

EM installed version 5.7.0.471 does not the database version 5.7.0.332.

This location's RES version is 5.4.

Shall I rebuild the EM database, or the store server db? From the error message, it seems the store server incorrectly thinks the EM package version on the EM server is 5.7.0.332.

Added: I verified EM version from registry, both store & corp server EM are 5.7.0.471. Searched registry for 5.7.0.332 and no match. What's the hell this 5.7.0.332 from?
 
Update the EM Server to EM 5.7.2 o directly to 5.7.8 (only the Central Management)

or try with the Store Setup from EM Version 5.7.2 on 5.4

Fixed an issue with Store Setup that now updates older Sybase version databases.

Update:

Tried different options, cannot fix the issue. At the end, did a big upgrade by migrating RES to a new host, upgrading RES to 5.7, etc. After the major upgrade, this issue is no longer an issue.
