Help with INSTALLER password on Panasonic NS1000 4

I have a Panasonic NS1000 and I own it but the dealer will not give me the Installer password for it. His service is no good and i would rather give it to someone else. How would I obtain the Installer Password for it, its pretty clear he will not give it to me. I have the backup file dcsys.dat Can anyone help? Please?

Contact your official Panasonic dealer in your region and get a universal password for you NS1000

You can ask him to change it. Other than that you will have to get Panasonic to give you the master password. It changes every month so you have to request it

Other option is to default the system and program from scratch.

If you have the dcsys file you could edit the password on the off line tool and upload it after you default the system.

You will loose any changes since that backup was done and any recordings on the system.

The dcsys is not normally a .dat file so I would check that file first.

If you get the offline program tool you can open it and look at it first.

If you don’t know how to do any of the above, get a different installer to do it for you

Try it (when INSTALLER's first password is "1234")
LoginID :*Sales001*
Password:*Sales#1234

Could someone help me with the download of: KX-NS1000 Off-line WEB-Maintenance Console US Version please? That would greatly help me out.

kizo, It is asking for a suffix code, Is this download the US version? My NS1000 does not have a suffix code that I can tell.

It is for EU market.
Maybe some of the other members have the US version
