SIP direct to VM

Have an issue with a provider that has me baffled. I can call into the system via a POTS line to VM:AADay. I can call into the system via the SIP trunks on a DID to a user or hunt group and get 2 way audio. If I call a hunt group that is in failback to the VM it works and I get the AA. But if I have a DID pointed to a SC for the AA or do VM:AADay it connects but there is no audio. Users can call out with no issue.
I included a trace that shows 2222222222 as the number calling into the SIP trunks and being directed to the VM and being answered and shows me dialing 227 for a ext which does not transfer.
The provider SIP server is 10.255.255.5 but I also see a 10.255.255.3 which I have no idea what it is. The system is 192.168.17.1 VM is .2

As I suspected it was the SIP provider they fixed it this weekend, they have not told us the cause of the problem.
