Hi!
I have PABX NEC Univerge SV9100 without additional equipment:

How I can record conversation from one number?

In "NEC Univerge SV9100 System Hardware Manual.pdf" proposed to use 1- and 4-Port Digital Logging Unit (last with NEC’s BackOffice software). But in this manual says also "The recording of VoIP type calls does not require the Digital Logging Unit". How I can logging conversation in this case?

Digital Logging Unit is used with the NEC digital phones. IP phones use a different unit.

We use Yealink IP-phones 19 and 21 series. Do we need to buy NEC BackOffice for logging conversations?
We are interested in the possibility of recording one phone, with minimal costs.

For VoIP traffic the NEC IP/Digital Back Office call logging unit can be used.
IP Tap or BackOffice is used to record IP type calls. IP Tap is installed in line with the IP terminal.
BackOffice relies on port mirroring to collect and process packets for the recording of IP type calls.
