LInes 1 will not work on two different extensionw

Hey guys,
Partner 308 rel 6 standalone...8 extensions....7 of 8 extensions in use.
Line 1 will not work on extensions 10 1nd 14..
Line 3 will not work on extension 14.
Lines are assigned to both units...no call forward....
I cannot get dial tone on these particular extensions, but
the lines work on other extensions.....line 1 is pots, line 3 is paging.
Can the system have a bad port for line only....
tried new phone, line cord, handset....dont know where else to go....
really odd....deadair when you pickup the handset of that either line.

Test the phone set at the control unit, test the suspect phone on an extension port that is known to be working properly, test a phone that is known to be working properly on the extension port that exhibits the problem. Isolate to bad telephone or bad extension port. If bad phone, replace. If bad extension port, use #399 to copy from a known working port to the bad port and test again. If still bad, control unit is bad. Back up programming and reset to factory default, test again, if still bad replace ACS
 
can an administrator restrict outgoing only use per line/per station on a partner key system?

Each line, on a per station bases, can be set for No Restriction, Out Only, In Only, No Access

#302-{extension number}-{1/2/3/4 Access Mode}
