Openscape personal edition installation with OS4Kv7

Check for:

DVCFIG=OPTIIP&API in SBCSU
APICLASS=TSX in SBCSU

DIMSU:TYPE=APPLICAT -> WSPROT=XXX

ZAND:TYPE=CIT -> APIMAX=XXX

i configure the above settings and still i am getting the same error as below

But the problem is clear - PE cannot see the CLA. So check the CLA installation and PE configuration to reach it. If CLA is on local PC, then in PE you need to configure 127.0.0.1 as the CLA address. If CLA is remote, then, IP of distant PC. Have you installed CLA? You don't need CLM.

Wireshark will show CLA traffic on port 61740.

the problem solved

the issue was with CLM

the CLM which was with the PE SW is not working and gives the error.
After changed both CLM and CLA its starts working

PE's are working now

Whatever your problem was, it was not CLM. PE reports "connection to license agent could not be established". The license agent is CLA. CLM is not needed to license a product, it's a nice-to-have because it's got a GUI front end which CLA does not have. But CLA works just fine without CLM. You do not need to install CLM.
