Hi! Would anyone know these errors upon loading of Micros ops?

opsdbs.cpp (10359): Unexpected Database error Call failed

then after that error shows, this one will show, Invalid Work Station Revenue Programmed:

after that error, the system will terminate. Thank you!

Is the workstation set to a RVC?

What do you mean if it's set to a RVC? May I know how to set the workstation to RVC? Thank you!

Devices - User Workstations - Select that workstation - and you will see there Revenue Center - Select One and restart the workstation.

I have already configured that RVC and restart as well. But still getting the same error.

What version of res and what workstation type you have

It's RES 5.5 and the workstation type is Windows (32 or 64 bit)
