Hi, We have 5 lines on our nortel system for our office phones. 4 of the lines go to the auto attendant, while the last line goes to an extension. How can I change the last line so, it too, can go to auto attendant?

Your help is appreciated!

Log into voice mail administration , go to Auto Attendant/Lines/ enter the line # and with the middle soft key go to both AA and say yes and go to Rings and select ring count.

If unsure of admin password, how to enter programming or how to navigate the menu you will need to call a vendor to do it and/or train you at same time or read the setup and operation guide.

Thank you! However, the caller id is not showing up for that line. Can you please assist with that as well?

Thanks but it is on 2 rings already.

Yes, all 4 lines show the caller id, except the last line.

I do not get your reply to my questions...

"Check if you have a Caller ID card in the system."
This would be a yes or no question

"Check Telco Features for Line 025 or 031 if newer software"
Yes programming shows Caller ID = Yes? or does it =No?
