Hello,

Setup an Server Edt. (9.1.7) with Avaya Session Border Controller (7.01)and Remote Worker.
Following the DevConnect Paper with any diffrents for the Certificates Thing.

The following are working:

1. One-X Mobile Client registered with SIP and XMPP to the SBC / IPO
2. Making Calls from 1XMobile to any external Number (over PRI) with Speechpath working

Now the Problem:
If i Called from external (over PRI) the only 1XMobile User, than in the "traceSBC" Trace from SBC i can see a "403 forbiden" Message from the SBC to the IPO after the INVITE from the IPO to the SBC.
In the SBC Dashboard i can see under INSIDENTS two Messages: One for the "INVITE -> no Subscriber Flow Matched" and one for the "ACK -> General Method not allowed Out-of-Dialog".

I don´t see the forest for all the trees not more....

Played with the EndPoint Flows but no luck.

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

Sounds like you have a problem with your Subscriber flow. Should look something like this;

For remote worker you need both a server flow (to got to and from the IPO) and a subscriber flow. Server flow below

can you show me the Trunk Routing & Server Profile? I don´t know what i´m must set in the Server IP / Domain Feld because the Remote Worker IP´s are many different?!?

You only need one server profile and that will be the IPO. The remote worker is configured using End Point Policy Groups and Routing profiles.

Can you post a picture of your server flow and subscriber flow?

Can you show me the detail of the SIP_Routing Routing profile?

Also, on the Media Interface for the Subscriber flow, I think this needs to be Internal and not external (int_RW for example)

Lastly, I think you need to have a separate Routing Profile for the Subscriber flow.

Hi, Problem solved: The Server Config (Global Profiles -> Server Config -> General) was wrong. The "Server Typ" must be "Call Server". It was "Trunk Server" - for whatever reason....

Thanks for Support
