We just performed weekly restart of Nice Interaction server. All services did not start as should, so they were started manually.
Now after more restarts and services starting ok. We are only getting voice recording and no screen recording. We are in a virtual environment and the screen on the vm blinks black for a second or two when the screen agent trys to start. This was working just fine before the restart of the server.
