Hello Guys, anyone can help me?

I tried to look for a topic about the Server Edition UPGRADE but i didn't found anything like this.

I did all necessary steps to perform the UPGRADE.

When I try to perform the upgrade the system returns me a message saying that the license status is invalid. But the only license I have in my Server Edition is (339107 - IPO R9.1 SE ADI UPG LIC - Server Edition Software Upgrade).

The ISO 9.1 is already in the server waiting for UPGRADE.

Someone can tell me which license is missing to make the UPGRADE please?

Below is attached the config off my server.

SRVJUST4IT-13-08-2015

Thank you very much guys!

Guys, i did the upgrade anyway.

But now at the end, when I try to log in Web Manager the following message appears.

Code:
Server not responding. It may not have fully started yet.

It's been almost two hours I have upgraded, I did not do anything beyond that, following the manual.

Should I wait? Until I can log in?

Thanks!

Sorry I can't open the config from my smartphone.

Do you have the "normal" ServerEdition license R9.0 installed and valid?

Web Manager can be very slow to restart, try logging in direct to web control using port :7071.

The upgrade license warning is standard, I think it shows it for any upgrade, it hasn't actually checked ahead since release X doesn't know if you need an upgrade license to go to release Y, just that you might.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Yes guys, the update worked fine.

I tried like sizbut sad on port 7071, then i got the access to the 7070.

The last message on step 10 "You receive a prompt that an additional upgrade is required for the Primary Server. Click Yes to perform the upgrade immediately. The upgrade continues and the server is rebooted. The server can take up to 20 minutes to completely restart." appear, then rebooted and everything worked.

Thanks for everyone!
