Gai-Tronics Titan VoIP weatherproof phones

Hi

I am trying to get a number of Gai-Tronic Titan VoIP phones working with our Avaya Aura System Manager 6.2 system.

I have created a SIP endpoint in the System Manager and pointed the titan phone to the IP address of the SM, unfortunately I cannot get the phone to work properly. The phone can dial an extension on our CS1000 which hangs off the SM, but I cannot dial the Titan phone. Also if I dial an external number ir connects then drops the call after a few seconds.

Has anyone been able to get one of these phones to work with SM?

Is there a CM involved? Do you have the DN range for these phones programmed in CS1k to go out on the SIP trunk to SM to get there?

Otherwise, there'd be some particulars you'd need to reconcile between CS1k and the device - like session refresh intervals to keep calls from cutting off after a few/30 seconds.
