Avaya JSD,SSU

SS is software support, SSU is software support plus upgrades.
SS is a 12 month contract
SSU is a 36 month contract
JSD and JSD+U is the same, only then there is a Business Partner in the middle (between Avaya and the end user)
A Business Partner needa a certain level of accreditations before the are allowed to sell JSD or JSD+U
Coverage to the end user is the same only certain services are provided by the BP.
If a BP can't provide service (cause of bankrupcy or something else) avaya still will provide basic services
