Guys, we're having some problems with our new DIOD E1-CAS R2 MFC installation. Right now we were successful with inbound calls and 7-digit outbound calls, however anything beyond a 7-digit call would end up with dead air (no rings). I've checked this with our carrier and they told us that we were only sending a 7-digit ANI, which is why we could do those local calls and not the long NDD and IDD ones.

By the way, below are the pages of our DS1, Trunk and Multifrequency configs:

Code:

I'm not even sure if there's anything more that needs to be changed at the multifrequency table, but any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Another thing, when we dial through TAC we always encounter denial event 1078 after about 4 digits of a number starting with 0. Also, when we just dial the TAC we would always disconnect at about 4 seconds.

Thanks for the reply! Actually, this trunk is from the Philippines, but I'll try and use wink-start on that trunk, let's see what happens.

Nope, that didn't do the trick. I think our only hope right now would be a firmware upgrade, the TN2464's are at FW22.

I think the problem is not on the E1R2 protocol anymore but from the fact that the PABX is not sending dialed numbers starting with 0.

Problem was resolved apparently after the full activation of the E1's, we were only testing about 4 lines (members) then.
