I have a similar issue but a little different. I want to turn off this runonce page for all users - any ideas?

kklegman" be more specific please. Are you trying to disable RunOnce for all users on a single computer or for all users in a network domain? What OS are you running? XP Pro, XP Home, Vista, etc?

I'm running Xp Pro SP2. We have a RIS server and use RIPREP to create default builds to deploy. I'm creating a new build with IE7. I can customize all the settings currently for the default user and save that to the image but when it's pulled to the machine and a new user logs in and open IE, the runonce page comes up. The settings should of already been saved in the default user profile.

kklegman", if you are familiar with Group Policy, you could deploy the below Group Policy setting across your domain. After you join the newly imaged workstations to the domain and the Group Policy settings have been applied to the computers, users will not be greeted with the RunOnce page when they open up Internet Explorer for the first time. Open up the Group Policy Editor and look for...

and then look for this policy setting...

"Prevent performance of First Run Customize settings"

Enable this group policy and then choose what you would like for IE to do when it opens for the first time. You can select the option to have IE go directly to the "Welcome to IE" page or have it go directly to the home page.

If you are wanting to deploy this policy across your domain, then you will need to install the IE7 ADM files on your domain controller (that is if your DC does not already have these) to have access to these Group Policy settings .
