Zyxel 56 omni not worked in BTS.InterVoice!!!

I have found the interesting program, but with my modem it does not work.
At me Zyxel OMNI 56K (com), at my friend the program well works (Acorp 56K PIM).
I have the voice modem. What can be a problem?

p.s. The program name is BTS.InterVoice. I do not remember where have found it.

Perhaps you can tell us what the problem is? Do you get any errors? Describe what is happening.
