Looking at phone system upgrade from an old NEC system (355 phones across 20 locations), have had a demo on the Zultys MX250 system and Shore-tel. My IT staff thinks they like the ease of use on the Zultys system. I'm concerned about strength of the company to provide us support for the next 10 years. Any thoughts from anyone?
