Greetings,
I am implementing a new WMS software platform. We identify printers within the WMS using the print path to a network shared Zebra printer. The driver resides on the application server where the WMS is installed.
The Zebra ZT411 printer is connected via WiFi. When printing from the WMS, specifically in this case, a 2” x 4” Disposable Container, it looks like the image attached.

We are not receiving any errors. To further explain, if we print a quantity of labels, up to 100, the printer prints 10, pauses, resumes printing 10 more, pauses, and then prints the remaining 80 without interruption. Please note that once we request 120 labels, it only prints 10, then pauses, and the Data light just continuously blinks with no further printing.
We have the exact same problem with other printers, WiFi or hard wired via LAN ethernet connection. If we print in excess of 120, we have to turn the printer off, to kill the print job. Once restarted, it allows another job, of lesser quantity, to be printed.
The WMS vendor has assured us that they have the capability of printing up to 1000 labels of this particular type via their GUI interface.
Any advise/recommendations on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
James
