Zooming with mouse wheel possible?

Have 2 button mouse + wheel (button). Want to zoom in / out by forefinger turning wheel. Any Photoshop configuration screen allows zooming functionality via wheel on mouse?
Handy feature present in PaintShop Pro. Really miss it.
