Zooming into gif file with Flash

Dear All
I'm trying to build a website for my Network documentation.
One of my network drawing is quite large, I need to find a way to move and zoom in and out of the gif file.
Is it possible to use flash?

i think so, but wouldnt tat make the gif blur when u zoom in....

Simply import your GIF file into Flash. You will be provided with all the frames used init. You can place your GIF into .swf. ITZ a FUN...!
