Someone else asked this question already but it was posted in 2002 and no one had an answer so now it's MY turn.
I have an associate who uses Outlook 2000 and is using Word to edit his e-mail. For some reason, his zoom in Outlook keeps defaulting to 75% which looks very tiny. I've changed it to 100% in both Outlook and Word and even had him close both programs down and restart them to no avail. I also had him start from scratch by even rebooting his PC...again to no avail.
Does anyone know how I can change the zoom to 100% so it stays there?
