zoom in - zoom out image as rollover?

hello,
I am very new at Flash, I am still learning the basics. I came across a cool design at under the photos section. I want the image to zoom in on a mouseover and zoom out on a mouseout.
I almost had it working in Adobe LiveMotion, but it wasnt coming out right. If anyone knows how to do this or knows of any tutorials or samples please let me know, thank you for your help
