Zone paging doesnt work.

Are any of you familiar with the PagePac ZoneMate 9?

A customer of mine has a legend 4 with PagePac/Pagepac Zone Mate 9 installed.

They generally hit their loudspeaker page button, and then hit 0 to page everywhere or 82 to page a certain area. After a pretty big lightning strike which caused power outage and damage to everything but the phone system(go figure), they can only page to 0. If they hit 82 they just get tones and the page doesn’t go through.

I've been reading the documentation and I am leaning toward the ZoneMate got damaged in the storm.

Does anyone else have more insight on what else it could be?

Back to this problem. I have replaced the zonemate 9, the page pac common controller, and the page pac 20 unit. The paging works just fine if you hit page 0, but if you hit page 82 it doesn't work.
Wiring doesnt seem to be an issue since they can page 0 to the whole dealership.
