Zone Alarm issue

Hey all,

I get this error, and after hours of trying to resolved the issue, I'm growing more frustrated by the second. Help if you can please, I'd greatly appreciate it--along with my dad, who's annoyed that I started this problem.

Anyway, the errors is: Network or dial-up problems are preventing communication with the Citrix MetaFrame server

I installed zone alarm, and as I soon as I did, I got that error. I attempted to give the program all the access I could with ZA, but still nothing. So I uninstalled ZA and tried it again. Nothing. Then I got a little frustrated so I decided to use a system restore. Got through that, but it STILL didn't work. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing still. I really need it to work as it's vital to my dad's business. I just want to go back to the way it was before zone alarm. :( Thanks in advance.

P.S. - No one on the citrix forums has offered any help as of yet, so I turn to you. :)
 
I think we need more info, but why don't we start here:
Can anyone else connect to the Citrix server?
Can the workstation connect to any other network resources or the Internet?
 
Well, I initially deleted the licensing bit in the registry key, which I found here and thankful for. But I didn't read I had to delete something else in the same place, but in the hardware folder. Problem solved and thanks anyway.
