Zone Alarm and Session Variables

I have a member-based website that uses Session Variables throughout. I've received feedback from one of my members that she was able to access our password protected site awhile ago but can't seem to now that she's installed Zone Alarm.

I know nothing about Zone Alarm and I have already talked her through setting all of the appropriate security settings in IE 6.0.

Is there be something in Zone Alarm that she could set to allow Session Variables (not cookies) to be set on her browser?
