Hey gang,
I just finished installing a fairly large IP wireless and I2004 job and about a week after the install the system basically stopped working. The IP phones and wireless sets were not able to make or receive calls from either IP or TDM sets.
After consulting with Nortel they told me that they recently discovered that having items programmed in Zone 0 is a problem and to put all of your IP phones, trunks, etc. in Zone 1. They recommended using the defaults when you create Zone 1.
