ever herd of a phone system that will answer call prompt the caller to inter there zip code then the system will call out to a predefined telephone number.

not that I'm aware off, at least the CICS won't do it alone, maybe some type of third party CTI app that you can intergrate but i've never heard of one for a Norstar.
 
Thanks Rico, by the way they claim that they have a Vertical Voip switch in there home office that performs this function but they may have a 3rd party app. he dosen't know about

I set up a keyvoice about 10 years ago that routed calls that way, it was just a stacked call tree and we only went to two digits, needed about 100 links to get that to work but it is possible.

I can't think of any clean and easy way to make that work on a CP. (Can't think of an EASY way on a keyvoice, either. My hat's off to you, Jerry.)
 
All great inputs, and yes Curly the ccr in the voice mail crossed my mind, but quickly left it as well. like I said earlyer, I'm running away from this one:)
it sounds like somthing a true Voip system would do.
