I have a Zip 250 on my machine running Win XP Pro that just won't work continually. Everytime I restart my machine or reload the drivers it works fine for a couple of hours, but after that I get a "Please Insert Disk" error everytime. If I format the disk then it starts responding again, but that's not really an option. I can't find any windows controlled settings that would cause the problem, but I may be missing something.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks
