Zimbra intergartion with Mitel UCA

If you are going to integrate Zimbra with MiCollab, note the following:
- Install and Mitel Click2call Zimlet
- Enable Zimlet in CoS and Domain
- Enable Zimlet in user account and email settings
- Add Voice Preference services in Voice/Chat services
- Add URL to Mitel UCA
