ZFD4 thinks it's an evaluation copy

When user clicks on the Applications Tab in Zenworks for Desktops 4 it displays as an evaluation copy.

Activation people at Novell say ZFD4 doesn't require activation.

DirXML is not loaded on the machine.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I had this happen on one of my servers, never figured out why, but reinstalling the consoleone snapins helped solve the problem. If that doesn't work, I have a zip files from Novell that is the ZFD4 snapins for ConsoleOne. Could send or FTP to you.

Thanks, gave up trying to figure out what was causing and reinstalled ZFD.

Seems to have cured it, still do not know why it was coming up.

Scary unpredictable Novell.
