I have an ACD [x235100] that is built as and SDN in CP which gives three options. Dial by name, dial by extention and zero out to operator.

If an external caller dials by DN [x235895] and the internal user does not answer the call it should go to the VM account for extention x235895 but instead it is going back into the 235100 SDN menu. The same thing happens if the external caller zeros out to the operator and she trys to transfer the caller to extention 235895 with no answer...the call ends up back in the 235100 menu instead of the users VM account.

This is a centralized VM system supporting 4 PBXs via networking and the problem is only occuring in one of the four sites.

Any ideas as to where to look would be great!

Pull up app builder for that application, and look at the 0 option. It will probably go to a transfer box. Open that transfer box to look at the properties of where it is pointed to.
