Can any tell me how to suppress rows where values are zero, for example:

Row 1 Sales A $500.00
Row 2 Sales B .00
Row 3 Sales C $250.00

In this example, I don't want to print Row 2 at all.

Thanks in advance

Why not use menu command Data/Filter/Autofilter to hide rows that are zero?

Cheers, Glenn.
