Zero summary totals on DW under windows 2003

We have a large application written using PB 6.5. It is currently running on a Windows 2000 server (not compiled, running using the development environment). When we tentatively moved the application to a Windows 2003 server, one report had zeros in the total field. The same code worked properly in Windows 2000. Could someone suggest a way to approach the problem?
