I have a MM 2.0 hooked up to an S8300 via an IP trunk.. Everything seems to be working alright except for a few small things. The most important at this time is the Zero Out function from a mailbox. If I set it up under the TUI, it will ring whatever I put in there for a half ring and show on the phone for a half second, then it disconnects both sides.

If I set the secondary extension I believe it's called in the MSS, it will go to the mailbox I specify but it doesn't ring, which I think maybe normal.

Any ideas as to what would make the call disconnect after a split second? It it a software patch(don't believe I have any service packs on it, but didn't see any issues resolved regarding zero out), or could it be the H.323 trunk configuration?

Any help would be fantastic!

you must have the call transfer set to blind. If you are using IP you must use full for the transfer type in the VMSC
