Zero out to operator

Hi,
Have a MM4.0 with MSS backend at the main site and 5 remote locations that will use the MM for voicemail.

Heres the question: I assume they would use a different CID for each site? How would they be set up to zero out to the local reception and not the main one? Is it that I have to set each user with the personal operator?
