My phone has a zero out programmed. When someone calls me and zero's out it will ring the zero out number. If that person does not answer, it goes into her voicemail. Octel would pull the call back to my voicemail for the caller to leave a message. Can CallPilot do the same thing?

Yes the caller gets placed in the person's voicemail that that is the zero out. It does not come back to the orginially dialed number's voicemail box.

Octel is a supervised transfer, so it waits to see what happens. Nortel is a blind transfer.
